He started from the basics and gradually worked his way up to become a head chef in renowned establishments across Poland, Switzerland, Spain, and the Caribbean. His portfolio includes collaborations with prestigious venues such as Nikki Beach (Barbados and Ibiza), SEN Warsaw, and Grace La Margna in St. Moritz.

He loves to experiment with flavors, blending tradition with modernity, and crafting dishes that impress both visually and on the palate.
